• Build and scale a  100+ member Tele Sales team from the ground up.
• Drive high-impact Life & Health Insurance Direct Business.
• Develop winning sales strategies and deliver aggressive business growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire future sales leaders.
• Build a culture of ownership, performance, and excellence.

Who We're Looking For

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Life & Health Insurance Tele Sales.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling high-performing Tele Sales teams
• Strong background in Direct Business, Sales Strategy, and Team Leadership
• Consistent record of achieving exceptional revenue growth.
• Professionals with an existing network/team of 50+ Tele Sales professionals will be given preference
